Vivitar Underwater Camera

- Does a Vivitar 8.1MP Underwater Digital Camera work out of water?
I was thinking of getting a Vivitar 8.1MP Underwater Digital Camera, but I was wondering does it work out of the water, since summer is coming to an end I won't be in my pool, or beach anymore. So i wanted to know if I could use it when I'm not going to be in the water, when I'm going to be inside or something. Is it a good camera? Thanks

A Yes, you can use it when you're not going to be in the water. It's an ok camera. Olympus has the best reputation. - How do you get the sound on videos to work on a Vivitar Vivicam 8400 underwater camera?
So I just bought a Vivitar Vivicam 8400 underwater digital camera and when I take videos, no sound is recorded. It says that it has a built in microphone for sound but I can't find it. I thought it may just be that the camera itself doesn't have speakers to play back the sound, but even when I upload the videos onto my computer they still don't have sound? Pleas help me I'm going on a trip to Belize soon and I would love to have sound in my videos!
