Underwater Video Camera System

- I'm interested in buying a video camera which need to pertain to a few specifications; any suggestions?
I will be using it for artistic projects, as well as for my art portfolio. I will also be purchasing UNDERWATER HOUSING to take it scuba diving with me! That being the case, I prefer it have an external white balance control (a button on the outside shell rather than a menu input to toggle the white balance) if such is possible. Also, I will be using it for nature filming, so wide angles and well as heavy duty zooming optics would be awesome to consider! HD, respectable quality, power often serves to be a dilemma so something with a long life source, Price is not a huge factor, (though I'm not ready to commit to a multi-million dollar type investment!) rather i need to ensure the device needs to amount up to these annoyingly precise demands. (I had read about the Sony FX7, i heard that it has a trustworthy underwater housing system, but is it a video camera worth considering for serious purposes outside of amateur vacation or sports videos?) A unless you own all 4 cameras your opinion is purely subjective. i prefer the olympus fe46 - the more zoom the better, it handles well and for the price picture quality is pretty darned good.
