I'd like to keep it under 600 for both camera and casing. I want a camera that will take clear pictures above and below water. 5.0+ mp and 3-4x optical zoom preferred.

I have the Panasonic DMC- TZ10 / ZS7 and the case costs nearly as much as the camera. I can't afford it, and I know people make cheaper replica batteries and I was wondering whether there are replica underwater cases? Thanks :)
